螺旋CT重建技术在胫骨平台骨折中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨螺旋CT多层面容积重建(MPVR)和三维重建(3D)技术在胫骨平台骨折中诊断和临床应用价值。方法55例胫骨平台骨折患者均行X线检查、螺旋CT扫描,多层面容积及3D重建。比较两者的检查结果,并与术中所见对照。结果螺旋CT的MPVR和3D的重建,可以清晰显示出了胫骨平台骨折的程度、有无塌陷、碎骨片存在及移位,以及隐匿骨折,依据螺旋CT重建图像资料所示,螺旋CT平扫漏诊1例,平片漏诊7例,更正骨折分型6例。结论螺旋CT轴位结合MPVR和3D重建,对骨折诊断、分型,治疗方案的选择及手术入路提供了直接依据,具有很好的临床应用价值。 Objective To study the diagnostic and clinical application value of multiplanar volume reconstruction (MPVR) and 3 dimensional(3D)reconstruction technology by spiral CT in the tibial plateau fracture. Methods 55 patients with tibial plateau fractures were examined with standard X-rays,CT scan and imaging reconstruction preoperatively and compared with the findings in the operations.Results MPVR and 3D images clearly show the degree of tibial plateau fracture adequately and depression of tibial plateau,they also can show the fragments and their shifting and the delitescence fracture.According to spiral CT and its reconstruction images,the fractures were not found with plain film in 7cases,spiral CT in lcase and 6 cases were re-diagnosed.Conclusion Axial spiral CT scanning combining MPVR and 3D can provide direct basis for classification of fracture,choice of treatment and entrance of surgery.
