摘要
教学管理工作已成为高校发展的重中之重,笔者从创新教学管理观念、提高教学管理人员的素质、教学管理机制创新、改进教学管理制度、通过教学管理现代化实现教学管理创新四个方面探讨了如何创新高校教学管理。
Teaching management has become a very important part in the development of university,this paper aims at discus-sing on the innovation of university teaching management.The author puts forward several aspects such as innovating teaching management ideas,improving the quality of teaching management and teaching management mechanism,achieving the teaching management innovation through teaching management modernization.
