摘要
随着我国提出"大众创业、万众创新"的"双创"培养理念,各高校积极响应开展"双创"教育。把"双创"教育融入专业教育中能真正做到培养学生的创新精神和实践能力。教师是教学活动的重要组成部分,教师的教学能力直接影响学生能力的培养。"双创"形势下独立学院英语教师教学能力和水平高低会直接影响专业教育中的"双创"教育,故探究教学能力必要性以及有效提升途径可更好地适应"双创"形势。
With the new cultivation concept of mass entrepreneurship and innovation coming forward,numbers of higher colleges start innovation and enterprise education actively.It can really cultivate spirit of innovation and practical ability of students in the combining innovation and enterprise education with subject education.Teaching is an important part of teaching activities,and teaching capability has influence on the training of students’ abilities.Teaching capability level of English teachers will directly impact innovation and enterprise education in subject education of independent colleges.Therefore,researching on necessity and ways of improvement of teaching ability can better adapt to innovation and entreprise education.
