摘要
针对互感器二次回路接线校验存在的问题,结合南方电网10kV电能计量装置典型设计,提出一种基于接地点识别二次回路极性的新方法,该方法通过在互感器的二次侧施加高频正弦波来检测两端对地电压差别来判断极性,并根据此方法开发了互感器二次回路接线校验仪,分析该仪器的主要的硬件电路、软件工作流程与主要算法。并通过实际应用证明该方法操作便捷、安全可靠,提高了电能计量装置二次回路现场接线校验效率和准确度。
To check connection error in transformer secondary circuit,this paper introduces an original polar testing method based on the identifying earthing point theory applying to the typical design of the 10 kV electric energy metering device,which measures the terminal voltages of transformer secondary circuit driven by a high-frequency sinusoid wave.The hardware circuit diagrams,the software design diagrams,and the algorithms are illustrated in detail.Tests in-situ show that the calibrator is of accuracy and feasibility,providing a new solution to improve the efficiency of transformer secondary circuit wiring.
