摘要
长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)具有多种生物活性,参与了人体的细胞分化、组织发育并且在肿瘤的发生发展过程起重要作用。LncRNA-ATB作为最新发现的长链非编码RNA,在多种肿瘤中存在异常表达以及对肿瘤恶性生物学行为起调控作用,有望成为肿瘤潜在早期诊断标记物和治疗新靶点。然而LncRNA-ATB功能较为复杂,而且在不同肿瘤中通过不同生物学机制发挥致癌或抑癌作用。本文结合国内外文献报道,旨在对LncRNA-ATB在不同肿瘤中的表达水平及作用进行简要综述。
Objective The long non coding RNA(LncRNA)has a variety of biological activities and is involved in cell differentiation,tissue development,which plays an important role in the pathogenesis and development of tumor.As the last discovered long chain of noncoding RNA,LncRNA ATB is abnormally expressed in a variety of tumor,which has regulating effects on malignant tumor biology behavior,which is expected to become the markers for early diagnosis and potential new targets in treatment of tumor.However,the function of LncRNA ATB is comparatively complex,which plays a role of carcinogenesis or anticancer through different biological mechanisms in different tumors.Therefore,combining with domestic and foreign literature reports,this article aims to briefly review the expression levels and effects of LncRNA ATB in different tumors.
