摘要
随着塑料制品在食品行业的广泛应用,食品接触塑料的安全性问题引起人们越来越广泛的关注。近年来,食品安全事件频发,各国对各种食品接触塑料中有害物质的迁移限量规定越发严格。全面细致地了解各国对于食品接触塑料中有害物质迁移的相关规定,对于食品接触塑料的生产加工以及进出口贸易具有重要意义。结合各国标准以及已有文献,对食品接触塑料中重金属迁移限量、食品模拟物的选择、迁移条件的确定、检测方法以及迁移量的影响因素进行分析,并对以后迁移实验的发展方向进行展望。
With the widely application of plastic products in food industry, the safety problems of food contact plastics also caused more and more attention. The food safety incidents occurred frequently in recent years, and the limit to the migration quantity of harmful substances in the food contact plastics got much stricter in the world. Comprehensive and detailed understanding the relevant rules in the world about the migration quantity of harmful substances in the food contact plastics is of great significance to the production of food contact plastics and the import and export trade. Based on the available literatures and the regulations of different countries, the authors in this paper summarized the permitted migration level of the heavy metal in food contact plastics, the selection of the food simulates, the determination of migration conditions, detection methods and the factors influencing the migration quantity. Finally, the development direction of migration experiment in the future was prospected.
