摘要
为在老龄化背景下达成"活跃老化"的目标,台湾于2008年开始推进乐龄教育。在前瞻性理念的指导下,走出了一条以有效的组织架构推进乐龄教育落地、以多元化机制扩张乐龄教育覆盖面、以核心课程实现乐龄教育愿景、以人才培育发挥乐龄教学及服务效能、以志工服务充当乐龄教育推手、以与时创新激发乐龄教育活力的特色发展之路。文章在总结台湾乐龄教育特色的基础上,反思大陆老年教育存在的不足,从理论取向、管理体制、供给侧改革、课程建设、人才培育、分层教育、服务机制等七个方面提出了推进大陆老年教育有效发展的建议。
Taiwan started to promote elderly education in 2008,and developed a specialized path that implementing the elderly education by effective organization structures,expanding the coverage of elderly education by pluralistic approaches,achieving the view of the elderly education through core curriculum constructions,enhancing the effectiveness of the elderly education through talent cultivations,promoting the elderly education by volunteer services,stimulating the vitality of the elderly education through constant innovations which keeping up with the times. On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of Taiwan elderly education,this article reflects on the shortcomings of Mainland elderly education and proposes some effective suggestions.
