摘要
针对某型教练机升降舵调整片支臂裂纹的问题,通过理化分析、强度分析鉴别裂纹的类型。从材料腐蚀倾向、拉伸应力、腐蚀介质三个方面研究其裂纹产生的根本原因。并结合支臂调整片的实际使用情况,提出了改进措施。
The type of crack found on the support arm of trim tab of a trainer elevator is identified through the physicochemic analysis and strength analysis. The paper studies the basic cause for the crack from corrosion tendency, tensile stress and corrosive medium of material, and puts forward improvement measures according to the actual operation of trim tab of support arm.
