摘要
采用人工模拟冷冻试验研究苏铁抗寒生理特性结果表明,苏铁原生质膜透性及束缚水随温度的变化极为显著,不同年龄的苏铁抗寒性指标有明显差异,随苏铁叶龄的增加其原生质膜透性降低,苏铁叶片冻害敏感指数下降,束缚水及其占总含水量的比例增加,抗寒性增强。
Physiological characters of cold resistance of Crecoluta are studied through artificially simulated cold test.The results show that penetration of protoplasm film and fettered water vary significantly with temperature.There are significant differences on the indexes of cold resistance among C revoluta with different ages.As the leaf age increases,the permeability of protoplasm membrane decreases,the sensitive indexes of cold damage for C.revoluta leaf decline,and the bound water and its proportion in total moisture increase,and the cold resistance rises.
