摘要
目的:比较肠内营养(EN)与肠外营养(PN)对老年胃肠肿瘤病人营养免疫状况的影响及耐受性。方法:将260例老年胃肠肿瘤病人随机分成肠内与肠外营养支持组,手术后第1天开始同热量等氮量营养支持,于术后第1天及第10天分别检测病人的营养指标、免疫指标和耐受性指标。结果:两组病人经营养支持后营养指标及免疫指标均明显升高。且EN组免疫指标增高更显著,在耐受性指标中EN组无明显变化,而PN组血糖变化明显。结论:老年胃肠肿瘤病病人术后PN或EN都能改善营养及免疫状态,EN在提高机体免疫功能优于PN,耐受性好。
Objective: To compare the difference between enteral nutrition(EN) and parenteral nutrition(PN) on nutritional and immunal status and endurance of elderly patients with gastroenteral tumour. Methods: 260 patients with gastroenteral tumour were randomly divided into two groups, EN group and PN group. Equal calorie and nitrogen were given from the first day after operation. Nutritional markers, immune markers and enduring markers were examined on the first day and the tenth day after operation respectively. Results: Both nutritional markers and immune markers were significantly increased after nu-trional support was given. Immune markers increased more significantly in EN group. There was no significant change of enduring markers in EN group but significant change of blood sugar was observed in PN group. Conclusion: Postoperative EN or PN could improve nutritional and immunal status of elderly patients with gastroenteral tumour. Improvement of immunity and endurance were better in EN group than those in PN group.
