摘要
提出提升高职院校会计专业青年教师实践教学能力的具体培养路径,具体为青年教师要能够客观地评价自己、提升自身会计工作能力、充分利用教学竞赛发挥正面作用、丰富教学方法、充分利用教学监督的作用,以更好地促进教师实践教学能力的提高。
It puts forward specific training paths to enhance practical teaching ability of young accounting teachers,that is young teachers should evaluate themselves,improve accounting ability,make full use of teaching competitions,enrich teaching methods,and make full use of teaching supervision,so as to promote practical teaching ability.
