摘要
研究健康教育应用于小儿哮喘患者的护理效果。选择在我院接受治疗的94例哮喘患儿,依照住院时间分为甲组与乙组。甲组患儿给予健康教育护理,乙组患儿给予常规护理,对比两组的护理效果。甲组患儿家长的护理满意度为91. 49%,显著高于乙组患儿家长的护理满意度80%;甲组患儿的哮喘复发率为6. 38%,显著低于乙组患儿的21. 28%(P <0. 05)。健康教育护理前,甲组患儿的手术时间、术中出血量、术后卧床时间、术后治疗时间同乙组无明显差异(P> 0. 05)。经过护理之后,甲组患儿的手术时间、术中出血量、术后卧床时间、术后治疗时间明显优于乙组患儿(P <0. 05)。健康教育护理的针对性、全面性更强,将其运用到哮喘患儿的护理中,可以提升患儿及其家长的满意度,降低患儿的病情复发率,改善患儿的预后,有极强的推广意义。
To study the nursing effect of health education on children with asthma.Ninety-four children with asthma who were treated in our hospital were divided into group A and group B according to the length of hospitalization.The children in group A were given health education nursing and the children in group B were given routine nursing.The nursing effects of two groups were compared.The satisfaction rate of parents in group A was 91.49%,which was significantly higher than that of parents in group B(80%).The recurrence rate of asthma in group A was 6.38%,which was significantly lower than that in group B(21.28%)(P<0.05).Before health education and nursing,there was no significant difference between group A and group B in operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative bed-rest time and post-operative treatment time(P>0.05).After nursing,the operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,post-operative bed-rest time and post-operative treatment time of group A were significantly better than those of group B(P<0.05).Health education nursing is more pertinent and comprehensive.Applying it to the nursing of children with asthma can improve the satisfaction of children and their parents,reduce the recurrence rate of children’s condition,and improve the prognosis of children with asthma,which is of great significance for promotion.
