摘要
综合考虑波形弹簧周向曲率和高度方向正弦变化的结构特点,及实际工况中波形弹簧与弹簧底座接触区径向力对其承载能力的影响,通过莫尔定理与虚功原理的方法分析并建立了波形弹簧承载特性理论计算模型。求解出其载荷-变形关系曲线,同时建立了有限元分析模型,并将两者计算结果进行分析比较。研究了波形弹簧波数和接触区摩擦系数对其承载能力的影响,并根据计算结果提出了提高波形弹簧承载能力的方法。
Taking the effects of circumferential curvature of the wave spring and curvature of wave shape into consideration, in this article a theoretical calculating model based on mechanical properties of the wave spring was presented by applying principle of virtual work and Moore Theorem. By using this model, the relation of load and displacement was solved. Meanwhile a finite element analysis model was also established, so that an analytical comparison of calculation results of the two models could be conducted to make sure the validation of the theoretical model. With this calculating model, the methods of improving carrying capacity of the spring were present.
