摘要
设计了一种新型的小功率太阳能电池真空树脂灌封监控系统,该系统以ADAM6000模块作为现场数据采集单元,采用Lab VIEW作为软件开发平台,通过Modbus协议实现ADAM6000模块和LabVIEW软件的通信。同时详细介绍了系统架构、硬件设计选型和软件设计配置。
A new vacuum resin dosing monitoring system equipped with the low power solar cells was designed,which has the Advantech ADAM6000 module taken as data acquisition unit,and the Lab VIEW used as software development platform,as well as the Modbus protocol based to realized the communication between ADAM6000 modules and Lab VIEW. Meanwhile,the system architecture,the hardware selection and the software configuration were described. The system has characteristics like simple structure,short development cycle,high cost-performance ratio and remote monitoring. This provides a new thought in online monitoring of vacuum resin dosing equipment and other devices.
