摘要
针对冷冻干燥机温度控制系统的大滞后、时变特性,设计了一个遗传算法优化的模糊PID控制器,并将它应用于冷冻干燥机搁板的温度控制中。仿真实验结果表明:遗传算法优化的模糊PID控制器响应速度快,具有良好的稳定性和抗干扰性,相比于传统PID算法能够更好地解决系统的非线性、时变和大滞后问题。
Considering the greater time delay and time-variation characteristics of freeze dryer's temperature control system,a genetic algorithm-based fuzzy-PID controller was designed and applied to the temperature control of the freeze dryer's shelves. Simulation experiment shows that,this fuzzy-PID controller has fast response speed and better stability and anti-interference; and compared to the conventional PID algorithm,it can solve nonlinearity and time variation and greater time delay of the system.
