摘要
以橡子为原料,添加适量食品添加剂,可生产出一种新型方便食品—橡子凉粉。主要探讨了橡子凉粉的生产工艺参数和配方。
The acorn,added a suitable amount of food additives,can be processed into a new kind of instant food—acorn bean jelly.In this paper,the technological conditions of acorn bean jelly are mainly discussed.
