介绍了阻抗法及其检测仪器,概述了阻抗法在食品细菌总数、大肠菌群、乳酸菌、霉菌及酵母、货架期、无菌试验检测中的应用。
Impedance method、its instruments and application in food analysis such as bacterial numbers, coliforms, lactobacillus, yeast and mold, potential shelf-tile and asepsis test were summarized in this paper.
