基因治疗在肝脏移植中的应用进展

摘要 基因治疗应用于动物肝移植的研究已经具有可行性,有望在减少移植排异、诱导免疫耐受等方面取得突破,从而提高移植肝的存活时间,推动肝移植的发展。
