摘要
光谱分析是根据物质的特征光谱研究物质的化学组成、结构和存在状态的科学。由于光谱分析法具有诸多优势被广泛应用于地质、冶金、石油、化工、农业、医药、生物化学、环境保护等领域。文章重点介绍了光谱法的原理和分类,综述了紫外光谱法、原子吸收光谱法、荧光光谱法和拉曼光谱法在水质监测中的应用进展。
Spectral analysis is the science of studying the chemical composition,structure and state of existence of substance based on its characteristic-spectrum.Because of its many advantages,spectral analysis is widely used in geology,metallurgy,petroleum,chemical,agricultural,pharmaceutical,biochemical,environmental protection and other fields.This article focused on the principle and classification of spectroscopy,and summarized the application progress of ultraviolet spectroscopy,atomic absorption spectroscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy in water quality monitoring.
