摘要
文章综述了制备纳米WC、WC Co粉体的几种方法。着重阐述了纳米WC Co硬质合金的烧结新工艺 :微波烧结、二阶段烧结、快速热等静压烧结和等离子体活化烧结等。与传统烧结方法相比 ,使用这些烧结新工艺制备的产品性能更优异 ,有很大的发展前景。
In this paper, the techniques of preparing nanostructured WC powders and WC-Co composite powders are reviewed. The advanced sintering techniques such as Microwave Sintering, Two Phases Sintering, quick HIP TM and Plasma Activated Sintering are mainly described. Comparing with the conventional ones, nanostructured cemented carbides using new sintering techniques exhibit more superior properties and have a bright future.
