纳氏试剂分光光度法测定水中氨氮掩蔽剂 被引量:5

STUDY ON THE DETERMINATION OF AMMONIA NITROGEN MASKING AGENT IN WATER BY NESSLER'S REAGENT SPECTROPHOTOMETRY

摘要 从生产工艺质量稳定性以及掩蔽能力对比研究了14个厂家包括酒石酸钾钠掩蔽剂在内的5种化合物,指出酒石酸钾钠生产工艺存在质量不稳定风险,不宜作为国标纳氏试剂分光光度法测定水中氨氮的掩蔽剂,EDTA四钠导致纳氏试剂不显色也不宜作为掩蔽剂使用,其余3种化合物综合掩蔽性能优于酒石酸钾钠,宜作为国标测定方法的掩蔽剂。 A comparative study on the quality stability in production process and the masking ability of five compounds including the masking agent sodium potassium tartrate from 14 manufacturers was carried out,and there was risk of the quality instability in sodium potassium tartrate production process itself.So that sodium potassium tartrate was not appropriate to be used as masking agent in national standard of Nessler's reagent spectrophotometric determination of ammonia nitrogen in water,tetrasodium EDTA was not appropriate to be used as masking agent because it let Nessler's reagent didn't have colour reaction,the comprehensive masking properties of the remaining three compounds were superior to sodium potassium tartrate and was appropriate to be used as masking agent in national standard determination.
