摘要
总结了生物法,尤其是专性联合菌群在油田生产污水处理领域应用的理论原理、技术特点的基础上,结合陆上油田典型工程实例分析讨论了生物法应用于油田生产污水回注的处理效果。结果表明,生物法与传统物化法相比在处理油田生产污水,特别是含聚污水和特低渗透油田采出水等水质复杂、注水标准要求高的生产水方面具备突出优势,但同时该工艺仍存在技术局限性。
On the basis of summarizing theoretical principles,and technical characteristics of the biological treatment,especially the obligate combined bacteria's application in the area of produced water treatment of oil fields,and combined with the analysis of typical engineering examples of onshore oilfields,the effect of biological method applying to the produced water reinjection treatment is analyzed and discussed in this paper.The result shows that compared with the traditional physicochemical method,the biological method has outstanding advantages in processing produced water of oil fields,especially in the treatment of produced water containing polymer and produced water from super low permeability oilfields,which characterized with complex contents and high requirements of water quality.Nevertheless,this process still exists several technical limitations.
