摘要
采用静态实验研究了苯系物(BTEX)污染土壤热解析的影响因素,确定了最优的热解析条件,然后通过动态实验,考察了热解析技术修复苯系物污染土壤的效果。结果表明:在加热温度为120℃、粒径水平≤2.0 mm以及加热时间为45min的条件下,污染土壤中总BTEX去除率达到97.3%,其中苯和甲苯的去除率在99%以上,乙苯、间对二甲苯和邻二甲苯的去除率在95.6%~97.2%,修复效果非常理想。
This paper studied the influencing factors of BTEX-contaminated soil thermal desorption through the static experiments,and the optimal thermal desorption conditions were determined.Then the effect of the thermal desorption technology repairing BTEX-contaminated soil was inspected through the dynamic experiments.The results show that the removal rate of total BTEX in contaminated soil can reach 97.3% with heating temperature 120 ℃,particle size≤2.0 mm and heating time for 45 min.Thereinto,the removal rate of benzene and methylbenzene is over 99%,and the removal rate of ethylbenzene,para-xylene&meta-xylene and ortho-xylene is from 95.6% to 97.2%.The repairing effect is very ideal.
