摘要
介绍了钢渣处理生产线除尘系统的设计。根据粉尘的特点和工艺要求,采用不同的除尘方案。热闷区选用湿式除尘,滚筒区选用喷雾湿法除尘,脱硫区选用液压倾翻罩,加工区选用袋式除尘,废钢切割区选用移动罩车除尘。符合环保和钢渣资源化利用对除尘问题的要求。
This article introduces the design of dust removal system for steel slag processing line. It proposed different dust removal scheme,according to the characteristics of dust and process requirements. Wet dust for hot stifle area,nozzle atomization and dust removal for roller area,hydraulic tipping cover for desulfurization area,bag filter for processing area,mobile car cover for scrap cutting area. It accord with the requirements of environmental protection and utilization of steel slag.
