摘要
为深入了解榆林市重点产业'三废'现状和面临的主要问题,研究提出综合解决策略,本文对榆林市重点产业中矿井疏干水、工业固体废弃物(煤矸石、粉煤灰、炉渣和冶炼废渣)和主要废气(二氧化硫、氮氧化物和烟粉尘)进行现状数据统计和问题分析,结合榆林市政策形势和环境保护发展趋势,提出了重点产业'三废'综合解决策略(矿井疏干水统筹规划和开发利用、工业固体废弃物分类处理处置与先进技术应用、工业废气全过程减排与末端治理技术优化升级等)。为榆林市重点产业'三废'的综合防治提供路径支撑。
In order to understand the status quo and major problems of the'three wastes'of key industries in Yulin City,and to develop a comprehensive solution strategy,this paper investigated the current statistics and problems of mine dewatering,industrial solid waste(gangue,fly ash,slag and smelting waste)and main exhaust gases(sulphur dioxide,nitrogen oxides and soot)in key industries in Yulin City.Combining with the policy situation and the development trend of environmental protection of Yulin City,comprehensive solution strategy of'three wastes'in key industries(comprehensive planning,development and utilization of mine dewatering water,industrial solid waste sorting treatment and advanced technology application,industrial waste gas emission reduction and end treatment technology optimization and upgrading)has been proposed.The results provided a supporting path for the comprehensive protection of the'three wastes'of key industries in Yulin City.
