摘要
新一轮高考改革政策的提出,使得走班制教学成为未来普通高中的主流教学组织形式。然而,目前在普通高中落实走班制教学将会面临着如下挑战:学校管理制度严重滞后;师资硬件遭遇压力;学校课程建设能力承受考验;教育激励与评价机制亟需创新。针对以上挑战提出如下超越措施:加强走班制配套管理制度建设,规范教师和学生的行为;完善导师制,加大学校硬件设备建设力度;提升学校课程建设能力,促进国家课程校本化实施;探索教育评价新范式,构建适合走班制教学的评价体系。
With the reform of gaokao, class-selection-system has become the mainstream of schooling form, esp. in the future. However, at present this system is facing a lot of challenge such as poor administrative system and equipment, inefficient curriculum construction and insufficient innovation or development in assessment policies. To fight against the above-mentioned problems, countermeasures put forward here includes a better instructor-guide mechanism, more input of equipment and outward resources, a localized teaching model based on national curriculum, and an integrative assessment system adaptable to the new situation and reform, etc.
