摘要
作为研究生招生考试制度的主要利益相关者,国家政府、高等院校、导师群体在招生考试权力分配中占据极其重要的地位,主要利益相关者权力的合理分配是促进研究生招生考试制度发展的关键因素。通过对研究生招生考试权力规制的现状分析,以及对共同治理的未来趋势进行展望,试图构建研究生招生考试权力分配的动态平衡机制,实现利益相关者共同治理的构想。
As major stakeholders in the system of postgraduate entrance examination,the state,colleges,and mentor groups occupy important positions in the power distribution of any admission examinations.Since a rational distribution of the power among the main stakeholders is the key to the development of the postgraduate entrance examination system,this article,based on a brief analysis of the status quo of the power regulation in the postgraduate entrance examination,and prospects for future co-governance among the stakeholders,attempts to help establish a dynamic balance mechanism for the power distribution mechanism for the postgraduate entrance examination and thus finally realize the co-governance of the stakeholders.
