摘要
目的实验的课题主要探讨白内障术后干眼症泪腺的治疗中,联合使用玻璃酸钠与重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)滴眼液的临床效果。方法先对2015年2月～2017年3月的70例行白内障术后出现干眼症泪膜的患者进行分组,35例对照组患者采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液进行治疗;35例实验组采用玻璃酸钠联合rhEGF滴眼液进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果以及两组患者治疗前后BUT、FL评分情况。结果实验组患者临床治疗的总有效率为94.29%,远高于对照组的74.29%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗前,两组患者各指标评分差异不大,组间差异不具备统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者各项指标均优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃酸钠联合重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液在治疗白内障术后干眼症泪膜中具有良好的临床效果,能够有效提高临床治疗的总有效率,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined use of sodium hyaluronate and recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF) eye drops in the treatment of dry eye lacrimal gland after cataract surgery.Methods the first group in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2017 during the 70 cases of dry eye tear film after cataract surgery patients, 35 patients in control group were treated by Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops;35 cases in the experimental group, sodium hyaluronate combined with rhEGF eye drops for treatment, compared to two groups of patients with clinical curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment patients with BUT and FL scores.Results the clinical treatment of patients in the experimental group the total effective rate was 94.29%, much higher than that of control group 74.29%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and before treatment, two groups of each index score difference, the difference between groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment, the experimental group patients of the indicators were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions sodium hyaluronate combined with Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Eye Drops has a good clinical effect in the treatment of dry eye tear film after cataract surgery. It can effectively improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment, and is worthy of promotion.
