摘要
研究了以偶氮胂Ⅲ作显色剂 ,用双波长吸光光度法同时测定水中钙和镁的最佳条件。测定钙和镁的最佳波长对分别为 6 5 0~ 5 93nm和 6 15~ 6 6 5 .5nm ,服从比耳定律的线性范围分别为0~ 12 μg/ 2 5ml和 0~ 18μg/ 2 5ml,检出限分别为 0 .0 1和 0 .0 18μg·ml- 1,加标回收率分别在 97 2 %~ 10 4 .5 %和 89.8%~ 92 .8%之间。将此法应用于饮用水中钙和镁的测定 ,结果满意。
It is reported in this paper that calcium and magnesium in the drinking water was determined by the dual-wavelength spectrophotometry with arsenazo Ⅲ as chromogenic reagent in a solution of Clark-Lubs buffer at pH 9.2. The couples of wavelength for determining calcium and magnesium were 650~593nm and 615~665.5nm respectively. Beer′s law was obeyed in the range of 0~15μg of Ca 2+ per 25ml and 0~18μg of Mg 2+ per 25ml with detection limits of 0.01 and 0.018μg·ml -1, respectively. The recoveries found were 97.2%~104.5% for calcium and 89.0%~92.8% for magnesium. This method has been applied successfully to the analysis of tap water and deep well water.
