摘要 为了探讨1Cr18Ni9Ti钢在高温盐介质条件下的腐蚀性能,研究1Cr18Ni9Ti钢在Na Cl单质盐膜、75%Na2SO4+25%Na Cl混合盐膜850℃保温10 h下的热腐蚀性能。利用XRD分析腐蚀产物,利用金相显微镜分析腐蚀层的截面形貌特征和腐蚀机理。结果表明:1Cr18Ni9T钢在75%Na2SO4+25%Na Cl混合盐膜下的热腐蚀程度要比Na Cl单质盐条件下的热腐蚀严重,前者腐蚀机理为硫化氧化和碱性熔融,后者腐蚀符合氯腐蚀机理。 This paper is aimed at exploring the corrosion properties of 1Cr18Ni9 Ti steel in the presence of salt film at high temperature,the hot corrosion properties of 1Cr18Ni9 Ti steel in the presence of single Na Cl film and in the presence of 75% Na2SO4+ 25% Na Cl mixture salt film at 850 ℃ holding for10 h. This study investigates the corrosion products,the cross-sectional morphology,and the corrosion mechanism by X-ray diffraction and Optical microscope. The results show that 1Cr18Ni9 Ti steel has a much more serious corrosion in the presence of 75% Na2SO4+ 25% Na Cl mixture salt film than in the presence of single Na Cl film,with the former working by corrosion mechanism of sulfide oxidation and alkaline fusion and the latter by that of chlorine corrosion.
