不同消解方法对土壤中砷测定的影响

摘要 在测量土壤中砷的含量时,消解好坏直接影响检测的结果。在以往的实验中,经常出现消解不好导致分析结果偏低的问题。为适应土壤环境监测需要,本研究改进国标方法,旨在找到一种操作简捷、安全可靠的消解方法。经研究确定王水水浴消解法效果较好,其结果准确可靠,能同时处理大批量样品,操作简单,安全性高。 When measuring arsenic content in soil,the quality of digestion directly affects the results of detection.In previous experiments,the phenomenon of poor resolution often led to low results.In order to meet the needs of soil environment monitoring,this study improves the national standard method,aiming at finding a simple,safe and reliable digestion method.The results show that the aqua regia digestion method is effective,accurate and reliable,and can treat large quantities of samples at the same time.The operation is simple and the safety is high.
