摘要
针对煤粉锅炉炉内结渣难于诊断的问题 ,对大型煤粉锅炉运行中所能采集到的常规参数与炉膛结渣程度的关系进行了研究。从工程应用出发 ,建立了依据一些比较模糊的现象有效地推断锅炉整体结渣程度的诊断模型。该模型物理原理清晰 ,计算过程简练 ,只需采集常规运行参数即可进行在线诊断。实际计算表明 ,该方法简单、可靠 。
In view of the difficult problem concerning slagging diagnosis in the furnace of pulverized-coal fired boilers, the relationship between routine parameters which can be acquired in the operation of large-scale pulverized-coal fired boiler and the slagging degree in the furnace has been studied. From the view point of practical use in engineering, a diagnosis model for effectively estimating the overall slagging degree in the boiler based on some comparatively fuzzy phenomena was established. The said model was clear in physical tenants and succinct in computation process, provided the routine operational parameters are acquired, the on-line diagnosis for slagging can be carried out. The calculation shows, the said method is simple and reliable, and the results being reasonable.
