摘要 新环境下,电视公益广告仍是防震减灾宣传教育的一种重要形式。概述目前防震减灾主题电视公益广告的实践和理论研究。以云南省地震局制作的公益广告"防震减灾,从你我做起"为实践案例,介绍其定位、叙事及传播策略。提出新环境下做好防震减灾主题电视公益广告的对策建议,要充分发挥防震减灾行业人员的主观能动性,要依据电视公益广告"短小精悍""艺术化""大众化"的定位,在防震减灾主题方面聚焦"防"的主题思想,要立足受众,凝练防震减灾主流价值。 Under the new situation,the new media is developing rapidly,however,the traditional TV media still have great advantages in the information communication.The TV public service advertisement is an important form of the propaganda and education of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction(EPDS).First,the paper summarizes the current practice and theoretical research on the TV public service advertising on EPDS.Second,taking the ' Earthquake Prevention and Disaster Reduction,Starting from You and Me . ' in Yunnan Earthquake Agency as a case,the paper introduces its positioning,narrative and communication strategies.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions to do the TV public service advertisement of EPDS in the new situation are put forward.We should give full play to the subjective initiative of producer,and focus on the theme of ' prevention' on EPDS according to the positioning of ' Short and Subtle' ' Artistic' and 'Popularization' of the TV public service advertisement.Based on the audience,the mainstream value of EPDS should be condensed.
