摘要
目的探讨人格、应付方式与部队医院护理人员心理健康的关系。方法运用艾森克人格问卷、应付方式问卷、心理健康测查表对260名部队医院护理人员进行调查。结果部队医院护理人员躯体化、抑郁、兴奋状态得分显著高于全国常模,焦虑、疑心、精神病性、脱离现实得分显著低于全国常模。除兴奋状态外,神经质、精神质对心理健康各因子有显著的正向预测作用。自责对心理健康各因子有显著正向预测作用,解决问题对抑郁、疑心有显著负向预测作用。结论部队医院在对护理人员的管理、培训中关注人格特质、应付方式是确保其心理健康的重要方式。
Objective To explore the relationship between mental health、personality and coping style of nurses in military hospital.Methods Psychological Health Inventory(PHI),Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)and Coping Style Questionaire(CSQ)were used to investigate mental health,personality and coping style of 260 nurses.Results The scors of somatic,depression,hypomania were higher than national average,and scores of anxiety,hypochondria,psychopathic deviate and unrealistic were lower than national average.Except hypomania,neuroticism and psychoticism could positively predict the other score of PHI.Self-blame could positively predict all scores of PHI,problem-solving could negatively predict depression and hypochondria.Conclusion The manager in military hospital should pay more attention to personality and coping style of nurses,which is an important way for ensuning mental health.
