摘要
近几年,人民银行征信宣传教育工作取得了较好的效果,但仍存在一些短板,包括深度合作不够、未形成多方联动合力,素材短缺、宣传教育内容缺乏针对性,宣传教育手段创新不足、国民教育有待深化,人员专业水平参差不齐、未形成专业队伍,考核缺位、长效性难以维系。建议建立多方联动工作机制、自上而下统筹规划,细分宣传内容、制定针对性素材,创新宣传手段、加强国民教育,计划性培训与市场化机制并重、打造专业队伍,建立监测评估体系、构建长效机制,以此来补齐相关短板。
Good results have been achieved in the People’s Bank of China credit reference publicity and education in recent years;however,there are still some weaknesses,including insufficient cooperation depth and no multi-party joint force,shortage in the materials and in the targeted content of propaganda and education,lack of publicity and education means innovation and lack of deepening national education,uneven personnel professional level and no forming of a professional team,absence of assessment and unsustainable the long-term effect,etc.In order to make up for relevant weaknesses,we suggest to establish a multi-party linkage working mechanism and make overall planning from top to bottom;subdivide publicity content and develop targeted materials;innovate publicity means and strengthen national education;attach equal importance to planned training and market mechanism and build professional team;and establish monitoring and evaluation system,and build long-term mechanism.
