摘要
以1,4-丁炔二醇为原料,选择性加氢合成1,4-丁烯二醇,考察催化剂、温度、压力、时间和催化剂循环利用等因素对反应的影响。结果表明,采用2%Pd-0.5%Pb/B催化剂体系具有较好的催化活性和寿命,获得了最佳的工艺条件,即反应温度50℃左右、压力1.5~2.5MPa、加氢时间60min。而且该催化剂循环10次,未见其活性明显下降。
In 2-butene-1,4-dio as raw material, 1,4-butynediol was synthesized by selective hydrogenation, the ef-fects of catalyst, temperature, pressure, time and the recycling of catalyst on the reaction were investigated. The resultsshowed that the catalyst system with 2% Pb/B Pd-0.5% had better catalytic activity and lifetime, the optimum techno-logical condition was that the reaction temperature was about 50℃, the pressure was 1.5 ~ 2.5MPa, and the hydrogena-tion time was sixty minutes, and the activity of catalyst was not decreased that the circles were more than ten times.
