摘要
在理财环境发生巨大变化的情况下,高校必须突破传统思想观念,树立财从才来、量出为入、成本效益、风险控制与合作竞争的新型理财观念。
As the tremendous changes of the financial management environment,colleges must break through the traditional ideas and establish new financing concepts of wealth comes from ability,basing revenue plans on spending for the income,cost-effectiveness,risk control,cooperation and competition.
