摘要
冬季恶劣天气下的进行电焊施工,常常会遇到很多难题,使得工程质量难以得到保证。针对环境温度过低、雨雪天气施工难度大等常遇问题,根据自身的实践经验和总结,提出在焊接现场采取预热、保温、检测等防范措施,不仅可以保证冬季恶劣天气下焊接工程的可靠质量,也能保证甚至提高工程建设的进度,从而获得可观的经济效益。
With the bad weather in winter,there are a lot of difficulties in electric welding and the quality is hard to control.For the problems as low temperature or bad weather,according to my experience,I put forward some protection measures such as preheating,heat preservation and detection.By these ways,we can control the quality and the progress of electric welding and achieve significant benefits.
