摘要
随着国家对房地产市场宏观调控效果的显现,作为房地产市场参与者之一的商业银行面临市场风险、政策风险和内部管理等风险。为防范和化解这些风险,商业银行应从完善信贷风险管理、拓展融资渠道、建立风险转移机制等三个方面采取相应措施。
With government’s growing macroeconomic controlling of real estate market,commercial bank as one of the participants in this market will face with risks of market,policy and the internal management.In order to guard against and melt these risks,the commercial bank should take measures to expand the finance channel,consummate the credit loan risk management,establish the risk shift structure and so on.
