摘要
目的:探讨布地奈德气雾剂与孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片联合治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果与安全性。方法:选取我院2010~2012年收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿80例,随机分为两组,分别采用布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠与布地奈德联合硫酸沙丁胺醇治疗。结果:治疗结束后观察组患儿临床治疗的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),嗜酸性粒细胞计数与血清免疫球蛋白水平改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘有显著的临床效果,能够有效改善患儿体内嗜酸粒细胞与免疫球蛋白水平,药物安全性较好,是临床治疗中有效的药物治疗方案。
Objective To investigate the clinical and safety of singulair combined with budesonide in treatment of cough variant asthma. Methods 80 cases with cough variant asthma from 2010 to 2012 in our hospital were chosen and randomly divided into two groups,who were respectively given budesonide combined with montelukast sodium and budesonide combined with albuterol sulfate. Results The total efficacy of observation group after treatment was obviously high than control group( P < 0. 05),the improvement situation of eosinophil count and serum immunoglobulin levels were obviously better than the control group( P < 0. 05),the adverse reaction incidence was obviously lower than control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with budesonide had a significant effect on cough variant asthma,which could improve the eosinophil count and serum immunoglobulin levels effectively,the drug safety was great,which was an effective drug treatment program on clinical treatment.
