摘要
目的 :探讨地屈孕酮联合黄体酮治疗黄体功能不足型不孕患者中的应用效果。方法 :将我院2012年12月~2013年5月收治的80例黄体功能不足型不孕患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用黄体酮治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用地屈孕酮治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、妊娠情况、性激素情况。结果 :观察组的BBT上升时间长于对照组,卵泡发育程度好于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,妊娠率高于对照组,有统计学意义。两组患者治疗前的性激素水平无统计学意义。观察组治疗后的LH、E2、P高于对照组,有统计学意义。两组的不良反应无统计学意义。结论 :地屈孕酮联合黄体酮能够提高黄体功能不足型不孕患者的治疗效果,且安全性较高,值得推广。
Objective To investigate dydrogesterone combined progesterone luteal insufficiency treatment of infertility patients apply the effect. Methods in our hospital from December 2012 to May 2013 were treated 80 cases of luteal insufficiency infertility were randomly divided into two groups, the control group with progesterone treatment group were observed in the control group on the basis of dydrogesterone therapy, therapeutic effects were compared, pregnancy, hormones situation. Results BBT rise time of the observation group longer than the control group, the degree of follicular development was better than the control group, the total efficiency of the control group, the pregnancy rate was higher, statistically significant. Sex hormone levels before treatment groups were not statistically significant. LH observation group after treatment, E2, P higher, statistically significant. Adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant. Conclusion dydrogesterone combined progesterone can improve the therapeutic effect luteal insufficiency in patients with infertility and high security, it is worth promoting.
