鼠神经生长因子改善缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿行为神经功能的作用分析 被引量:8

Analysis on the effects of rat nerve growth factor in improvement of neurobehavioral function in the neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy

摘要 目的 :观察和分析鼠神经生长因子改善缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿行为神经功能的作用。方法 :选取100例HIE患儿作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组患儿给予胞二磷胆碱联合脑活素治疗,观察组患儿在对照组疗法的基础上加用鼠神经生长因子治疗。对两组患儿在临床疗效、各项临床症状改善时间、治疗第1、2、4周末的行为神经评分(NBNA)进行观察和比较。结果 :观察组患儿的临床疗效和临床有效率均显著优于对照组;观察组患者的各项改善时间均短于对照组;在治疗后各时点,观察组患儿的NBNA评分均高于对照组。结论 :针对HIE患儿,在脑活素联合胞二磷胆碱治疗方案的基础上加用鼠神经生长因子,具有较好的临床疗效,可快速缓解患儿的临床症状、有效改善患儿的神经行为功能,有助于改善患儿的预后。 Objective To observe and analyze the effects of rat nerve growth factor in improvement of neurobehavioral function in the neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). Methods 100 cases of children with HIE were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. 50 cases were included into each group. The children in the control group were treated with citicoline combined with cerebrolysin treatment, while the children in the observation group were treated with combined rat nerve growth factor on the basis of the therapy of the control group. The clinical curative effects, the durations for the improvement of various clinical symptoms, the Neonatal Behaviral Neurological Assessment(NBNA) score at the ends of 1st, 2nd, 4th week after the treatment were observed and compared. Results The clinical curative effects and the clinical effective rate of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group; The durations for the improvement of various clinical symptoms of the patients in the observation group was shorter than those in the control group; At each time point after the treatment, the NBNA score of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion For the children with HIE, the application of combined rat nerve growth factor treatment on the basis of the therapy of citicoline combined with cerebrolysin treatment can achieve good curative effects, relieve the children’s clinical symptoms rapidly, improve the neurobehavioral function of the children, and be helpful to improve the prognosis of the children.
