Objective To investigate the changes of serum levels of H and serum levels of non symmetry two(ADMA) in patients with hypertension and its clinical significance. Methods 110 cases of hypertension patients treated in our hospital from March 2014 to August 2015 were selected as the observation object and according to the level of the serum homocysteine(Hcy) divided H-type hypertension group(45 cases) and non-H type hypertension group(65 cases), and select the 50 cases of healthy adults as the control group. Three groups of serum ADMA, blood glucose and blood lipid levels were observed, and the correlation between serum ADMA and blood glucose and blood lipid levels were analyzed. Results The levels of ADMA and MBG in the three groups were higher than that in the H group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant; The levels of TC, LDL-C and TG in three groups of patients from high to low are H H type hypertension group and non hypertension group and control group, HDL-C level from high to low, respectively, control group and non-H type hypertension group and H type hypertension group, the difference has statistical significance; Serum ADMA levels were positively correlated with MBG, TC, LDL-C and TG levels, and negatively correlated with HDL-C levels. Conclusion The level of serum ADMA in patients with type H hypertension is higher, and the blood lipid and blood glucose levels are significantly correlated.
