摘要
目的:分析胃癌癌组织中runt相关转录因子3(RUNX3)和信号传导与转录激活因子3(STAT3)表达水平及两者的关系。方法:通过免疫组化法测定53例胃癌患者癌组织及其癌旁正常组织中RUNX3、STAT3表达水平,分析RUNX3、STAT3与胃癌患者临床病理特征的关系,并经由Pearson相关性分析RUNX3和STAT3的关系。结果:胃癌癌组织RUNX3及STAT3阳性率分别为45.28%、71.70%,较癌旁正常组织的96.23%、9.43%差异有统计学意义;RUNX3和STAT3表达均与Hp感染与否、TNM分期、浸润深度及淋巴结转移与否相关;Pearson相关性分析RUNX3和STAT3表达负相关。结论:RUNX3在胃癌癌组织中低表达,而STAT3高表达,两者负相关,其表达均与Hp感染与否、浸润深度等相关。
Objective To analyze the relationship between the expression levels of runt related transcription factor 3(RUNX3) and signal transducer and activator of transcription(STAT3) in gastric carcinoma tissues. Methods The expression levels of RUNX3 and STAT3 in gastric carcinoma tissues and peritumorial normal tissues in 53 cases were determined by immunohistochemical assay. The relationship between RUNX3, STAT3 and the clinical pathological features was analyzed, and to the relationship between RUNX3 and STAT3 was analyzed by Pearson correlation. Results The positive rates of RUNX3 and STAT3 in gastric carcinoma tissues were 45.28% and 71.70% while in peritumorial normal tissues were 96.23% and 9.43%. Expression of RUNX3 and STAT3 was correlated with Hp infection, TNM stage, invasion depth and lymph node metastasis. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the expression of RUNX3 and STAT3 was negatively correlated. Conclusion RUNX3 was lowly expressed in gastric carcinoma tissues, while STAT3 was highly expressed, and the two are negatively correlated. The expression was related to Hp infection and invasion depth.
