64层螺旋CT在胫骨平台骨折诊断中的应用价值探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :探讨64层螺旋CT在胫骨平台骨折诊断中的应用价值,为临床准确诊断胫骨平台骨折提供参考。方法 :选取2013年1月~2015年7月本院影像科收集的98例胫骨平台骨折患者的X线、CT检查资料进行回顾性分析,对比两种检查方法诊断胫骨平台骨折的准确性。结果 :64排螺旋CT对Schatzker分型Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型胫骨平台骨折分型的准确率均显著的高于X线;对Ⅴ型、Ⅵ型的准确率与X线差异无统计学意义;阴性(0级)塌陷程度检出率64排螺旋CT显著低于X线,Ⅰ级塌陷程度检出率64排螺旋CT显著高于X线,两种检查方法对Ⅱ级塌陷程度的检出率差异无统计学意义;阴性(0级)错位程度检出率64排螺旋CT显著低于X线,Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级错位程度检出率64排螺旋CT显著高于X线。结论 :64层螺旋CT在胫骨平台骨折诊断中价值显著优于X线。 Objective To explore the application value of 64 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of tibial plateau fractures,and to provide reference for the accurate diagnosis of tibial plateau fractures.Methods Selected January 2013~July 2015 in our hospital imaging department collected 98 cases of tibial plateau fractures in patients with X-ray,CT examination were retrospectively analyzed,comparing the diagnostic accuracy of the two methods of tibial plateau fractures.Results 64-slice spiral CT Schatzker typeⅠtype,Ⅱtype,Ⅲtype,Ⅳ tibial plateau fractures was significantly higher than that of X-ray genotyping accuracy rate;to typeⅤ,Ⅵ type of accuracy and X-ray showed no significant difference;negative(0)subsidence of the 64-slice spiral CT detection rate was significantly lower than that of X-ray,ⅰlevel subsidence of the 64-slice spiral CT detection rate significantly higher than the X-ray,differences between the two methods of grade ⅱ subsidence of the detection rate was not statistically significant;negative(0)misalignment detection rate of 64-slice spiral CT was significantly lower in X-ray,gradeⅰ,ⅱ grade misalignment detection rate of 64-slice spiral CT was significantly higher than that of X-ray.Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of tibial plateau fractures value significantly better than the X-ray.
