摘要
目的 :研究腹腔镜疝气手术中七氟醚与舒芬太尼复合麻醉的效果及血流动力学变化状况。方法 :回顾性分析2013年6月~2016年6月在我院行腹腔镜疝气手术的75例患儿进行研究。按照患儿麻醉方式分为研究组和对照组。研究组采用七氟醚与舒芬太尼复合麻醉,对照组采用氯胺酮肌注麻醉。麻醉后,记录比较两组患儿的手术时间、诱导时间及苏醒时间,并对患儿插管前及插管5min后的血流动力学[心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)及血氧饱和度(SpO_2)]水平及苏醒后不良反应进行分析。结果 :两组患儿的手术时间无显著性差异;研究组患儿的诱导时间及苏醒时间均明显短于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异。插管前及插管5min后,两组患儿的HR、MAP及SpO_2水平无显著性差异。研究组患儿的低氧血症、躁动、恶心及呕吐的发生率(4.44%、2.22%、2.22%、0)明显低于对照组(20.00%、16.67%、16.67%、13.33%),两组比较有显著性差异。结论 :腹腔镜疝气手术中七氟醚与舒芬太尼复合麻醉的效果良好,可显著缩短麻醉诱导时间及苏醒时间,值得广泛推广应用。
Objective To study the effect and hemodynamic changes of sevoflurane and sufentanil combined anesthesia in laparoscopic hernia surgery.Methods A retrospective analysis of 75 cases of laparoscopic hernia surgery in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2016 was carried out.The patients were divided into the study group and the control group according to the anesthesia mode.The study group received sevoflurane and sufentanil combined anesthesia,and the control group received ketamine intramuscular injection anesthesia.After anesthesia,operation time,compared two groups of patients with induction time and recovery time,and the patients before intubation and 5 min after intubation hemodynamic heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP)and oxygen saturation(SpO2)]analysis of adverse reaction level and after recovery.Results There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups;the induction time and recovery time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups.There was no significant difference in the levels of HR,MAP and SpO2 between the two groups before intubation and after intubation 5 min.The incidence of hypoxemia,restlessness,nausea and vomiting in the study group(4.44%,2.22%,2.22%,0)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20%,16.67%,16.67%,13.33%),and there was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Sevoflurane combined with sufentanil in laparoscopic hernia surgery has a good effect,can significantly shorten the anesthesia induction time and recovery time,and is worthy of extensive application.
