摘要
针对典型牌号无取向硅钢,分析研究了N、 S、 Ti等杂质元素对无取向硅钢磁性能的影响。结合实际工艺生产经验,总结分析了高磁性能无取向硅钢所需超低S、超低N、超低Ti的冶炼工艺和关键控制技术。通过关键控制工艺的优化,可保证高磁性能硅钢片对应的S、 N、 Ti控制水平达到0.002 0%以下。
This study explored the influence of S,N,Ti and other impurity elements on the magnetic properties of non-oriented silicon steel.Base on the industrial production experience,the smelting process and key control technology of ultra-low S,ultra-low N and ultra-low Ti for nonoriented silicon steel with high magnetic properties are summarized and analyzed.By optimization of key control process,the control level of S,N and Ti for high magnetic silicon steel sheet can be guaranteed to be less than 0.0020%.
