摘要
通过对《哈荔田妇科医案医话选》进行系统研究,从气血角度探析哈荔田教授的学术思想和临证经验。哈荔田教授提出妇科证治,无外乎调理气血。病在气者,治以调气:实虚寒热,因证施方;辨证选方,合方施治;喜佐调气,当别气血。病在血者,治以理血:补血调血,方宗四物;四物为底,从证合方。
Through the system analysis on Ha Li-tian’s medical records and medical notes in gynecology,this paper explores HA Li-tian’s clinical experience and academic ideology from Qi and blood.The disorders of Qi and blood is considered to be the most common meaning of disease mechanism of all disease.Professor HA proposed a gynecological clinical treatment which are related to regulate Qi and blood.According to the severity of the disease,HA Li-tian regulates Qi and blood.If the cause of disease is Qi,he regulate Qi.According the differentiation of symptoms and signs,such as asthenia and sthenia,cold and hot,HA Li-tian may choose one or more different prescriptions.If the cause of disease is blood,he regulate blood.The Siwutang(四物汤)is the basic prescription of regulating Qi and blood.
