摘要
杜怀棠教授治疗乳腺癌相关性抑郁症十分重视内源性因素,特别强调七情内伤,认为本病辨证多为肝郁脾虚证,治疗以"平调"为主,重视气血调畅、脏腑平衡,在治疗标症的同时,不忘加强对乳腺癌病情的控制,常于疏肝健脾的基础上配合抗癌药物,临床疗效显著。
Professor Du Huaitang attaches importance to endogenous factors in treating breast cancer with correlated depression,especially stress internal injury by moods. He thinks the disease is spleen-deficiency syndrome, ' moderate' is the main method of treatment,pay attention to regulate Qi and blood,balance of visceras. In the treatment of the symptom,at the same time,don' t forget to strengthen the control of breast cancer. It is effective in treatment for combined with anti-cancer drugs based on soothing liver and strengthening spleen.
