摘要
目的:系统评价穴位自血疗法与常规针刺治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:通过检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane数据库中关于穴位自血疗法与常规针刺治疗过敏性鼻炎的随机对照试验研究,采用RevMan 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果:纳入8组随机对照研究,共涉及545例患者,Meta分析结果显示:有效率效应值合并量OR=3.31,95%CI(1.85,5.93),临床治愈率效应值合并量OR=2.10,95%CI(1.47,3.00),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.000 1),亚组分析结果证实上述结论。结论:穴位自血疗法治疗变应性鼻炎临床疗效优于常规针刺治疗,但由于纳入研究数量和质量有限,上述结论仍待更多高质量、大样本、长期随访的研究予以验证。
Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupoint autohemotherapy and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:A randomized controlled trial of acupoint autohemotherapy and conventional acupuncture for allergic rhinitis was conducted in the databases of China HowNet,Wanfang database,Weipu,PubMed,Embase and Cochrane.Meta-analysis was carried out using ReviewManager 5.2 software.Results:A total of 545 patients were enrolled in 8 randomized controlled trials.Meta-analysis showed that the combined effective value OR=3.31,95%CI(1.85,5.93),clinical cure rate OR=2.10,95%CI(1.47,3.00),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.000 1).Subgroup analysis confirmed the above conclusions.Conclusion:The clinical effect of acupoint autohemotherapy on allergic rhinitis is better than that of conventional acupuncture.However,due to the limited quantity and quality of the included studies,the above conclusions still need to be verified by more high-quality,large sample and long-term follow-up studies.
